How can we help?

Write to support@fatelabapp.com and a person reads it. The answers below cover what people ask most.

Your plan

How does the free week work?

Your first 7 days are full access — every feature, no payment, no sign-up. After that, writing stays free for good. Mirror, Coach, ManifestLab, chapters and new letters to your future self come with a plan: $9.99 a month or $89.99 a year in the US, and less in many countries.

How do I restore a purchase on a new iPhone?

Open any of the plans — from the line under your name on the You page, or any small lock — and tap Restore purchases. Your journal comes back by itself from your own iCloud when you sign in with the same Apple ID.

How do I cancel?

Plans are sold through Apple, so you cancel in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FateLab. Cancel at least a day before it renews. Your writing stays yours either way.

Your data

Where is my journal kept?

On your iPhone, and — if you use iCloud — in your own private iCloud, encrypted by Apple. No FateLab server keeps your entries. The privacy policy says exactly what leaves your phone and when.

Can I take everything with me?

Yes. On the You page, open Settings → Your data → Export everything, for your whole archive in open formats (JSON and Markdown).

How do I keep everything on my phone?

Settings → Privacy & AI → Local-Only Mode. Nothing leaves your device after that, AI included. Settings → Your data also has a switch to keep photos and voice recordings off iCloud.

How do I delete everything?

Settings → Your data → Delete everything removes your journal from this phone and your iCloud. Deleting the app removes what's on the phone; you can also remove FateLab's data from your iCloud storage in your iPhone's Settings.
